摘要
大锥角圆锥滚子轴承的滚道接触角通常在25-45°之间,大锥角使得现有内滚道参数测量尺在测量内滚道角度的过程中,极易受到内圈大挡边的干涉,难以实现滚道角度的精确测量。针对这一难题,借助现有测量尺的测量原理,设计了一种角度可调式测量尺,实现了大锥角圆锥滚子轴承滚道参数的精确测量与控制。
The contact angle of the steep-angle tapered roller bearing is usually between 25°and 45°,which makes the existing measuring scale of inner raceway parameters very easy to be interfered by the large rim of the inner raceway when measuring the angle,so it is difficult to achieve accurate measurement of the raceway angle.In order to solve this problem,based on the measuring principle of the existing measuring scale,an angle-adjustable measuring scale is designed,which has made the accurate measurement and control of the raceway parameters of the steep-angle tapered roller bearing come true.
