液相法制备彩砂用WH-C兰色料

摘要 随着人们对建筑色彩要求的提高,真石漆、环氧彩砂地坪、越来越多地使用彩砂产品,相应地对开发出颜色丰富、色彩鲜艳、包裹性好的色料也提出了一些市场要求。应用在彩砂中的主要色料有黑色、蓝色、绿色,使用范围较广的钴蓝颜料性能优异,传统的钴蓝色料产物组分不均匀,所得色料颜色发暗、粒度分布很宽,本文主要介绍了采用均匀沉淀法制备了钴蓝粉末,通过试验研究降低粉末的细度,解决了在干燥烧成过程中引起的团聚问题,得到颗粒度小、分散性好的蓝色粉末。
