基于多准则决策分析的医疗设备报废优先级研究

Research on Medical Equipment Scrap Priority Based on Multi-criteria Decision Analysis

目的为了对医疗设备的性能和价值进行量化分析,评估医疗器械的运行状态,为医疗设备报废提供科学的决策依据。方法通过提取2018年1月至2018年12月的数据,利用多准则决策分析对医疗设备从技术方面和经济方面进行分析,根据12个变量计算的结果来判定医疗设备报废的优先级。结果本文对CT、血透机、MRI和监护仪2018年的数据进行计算分析,根据设备的状态将报废年限分为3年、6年和10年。结论通过此方法对医院的设备进行分析,能够给出大致的报废年限,方便医学工程科工程师及时进行报废鉴定,并且提前购置新设备,以免耽误医疗设备的汰旧更新。

Objective To quantitatively analyze the performance and value of medical equipment,evaluate the operating status of medical equipment,and provide scientific decision-making basis for medical equipment scrapping.Methods By extracting data from January to December of 2018,multi-criterion decision analysis was used to analyze medical equipment from technical and economic aspects,and the priority of medical equipment scrap was determined based on the results of 12 variable calculations.Results In this paper,the data of CT,hemorrhagic machine,MRI and monitor in 2018 were calculated and analyzed,and the years of scrap was divided into 3 years,6 years and 10 years according to the state of the equipmen.Conclusion Through the analysis of hospital equipment by this method,it is possible to give a rough scrapping period,so as to facilitate engineers in medical engineering department to appraise the scraping in time,and purchase new equipment in advance,so as not to delay the replacement of the old medical equipment.
