摘要
目的加强医用耗材管理,保障医院健康可持续发展。方法通过信息化手段,建立耗材可视化管理系统,与医院各信息系统对接,整合数据,建立医用耗材合理使用监测系统,将耗材供应、使用到监测的全生命周期管理与日常监管考核相结合,探讨构建耗材精细化管理体系的思路和具体实践方式。结果通过耗材全生命周期体系建立,实现事前控制、事中监测、事后考核的全流程管理。结论该体系建立解决了耗材日常管理问题,减少了管理盲区,适应国家对耗材加强监管、控费降耗的相关政策,具有前瞻性。
Objective To strengthen the management of medical consumables and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of hospitals.Methods By means of informatization,consumable visual management system is built up,and contacting with hospital’s other information system,integrating data,establishing a system to monitor the rational usage of medical consumables.The whole life cycle management used in monitoring is combined with daily supervision and assessment,and the ideas and practical ways of constructing consumables fine management system are discussed.Results Through the establishment of medical consumables,the whole process management of pre-control,in-process monitoring and post-assessment can be realized.Conclusion This information system can solve the problems of medical consumables daily management,reducing the blind areas of management,adapting the strengthen policies of consumable supervision and controlling expenses,which is prospective.
