超声造影评估膜性肾病肾皮质血流灌注状态的研究进展

摘要 近年来膜性肾病的发病率逐年上升,如何评估疾病进展及指导治疗已引起国内外学者的高度重视。本文阐述了评估膜性肾病肾皮质血流灌注状态的必然性及目前的技术方法,体现了超声造影技术的优势,同时介绍了超声造影各参数在应用过程中的价值,主要内容包括评价膜性肾病肾皮质血流灌注的意义及必要性,CT、核磁、常规超声、同位素肾图评价肾皮质血流灌注状态的优缺点,超声造影技术应用于膜性肾病的可行性、临床意义及其具体的应用现状。超声造影作为一项随访观察病情、预后评估的无创性检测手段,本文的总结分析有助于研究者快速获取资料,以此便于促进超声造影技术的发展。 In recent years,the incidence rate of membranous nephropathy has increased year by year,how to evaluate disease progression and guide treatment has attracted great attention of scholars at home and abroad.In this paper,the necessity of evaluating renal cortical blood perfusion status in membranous nephropathy and the current technical methods were described,which reflected the advantages of contrast-enhanced ultrasound technology,and introduced the value of each parameter of contrastenhanced ultrasound in the application process.The main content of the article included evaluating the significance and necessity of renal cortical blood perfusion in membranous nephropathy,CT,NMR,conventional ultrasound,isotope nephrogram to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of renal cortical blood perfusion,and the feasibility,clinical significance and specific application status of ultrasound contrast technology in membranous nephropathy.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound can be used as a non-invasive detection method for follow-up observation of the condition and prognosis assessment.The summary analysis in this article will help researchers to obtain data quickly,so as to facilitate the development of contrast-enhanced ultrasound technology.
