幼儿园教师学习策略运用现状研究——以南昌市为例

摘要 学习策略的运用关乎教师的学习质量,影响教师的专业成长。本研究采用问卷调查法,对江西省南昌市192名幼儿园教师进行调查,了解幼儿园教师学习策略运用现状。研究发现,幼儿园教师在各个学习策略方面的运用不均衡,幼儿园教师学习策略的运用受到园所区域、园所性质、专业背景、学历、教龄、职称等因素的显著影响。为了提升教师学习质量,幼儿园和各级政府要充分发掘不同地区的学习资源,关注不同专业背景、教龄对教师学习的影响,为教师提供进修和培训机会,发挥职称评定对教师学习的激励作用。 The application of learning strategies is related to teachers'learning quality and affects their career development.In this study,192 kindergarten teachers in Nanchang city of Jiangxi province were surveyed by questionnaire to probe into the current situation of their learning strategies.It is found that Kindergarten teachers'use of learning strategies is quite uneven because of such factors as the location and nature of the kindergarten,the professional background,educational level,teaching years and professional title and so on.In order to improve the quality of teachers'learning,kindergartens and governments at all levels should fully explore the learning resources in different regions,pay attention to the impact of different factors on teachers'learning,provide teachers with opportunities for further education and training,and give full play to the stimulating effect of Professional Title Evaluation on teachers'learning.
