民营企业数智化转型影响因素的实证研究——基于河南民营企业的调研

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of the Private Enterprise/Digital and Intelligent Transformation:Based on the Survey of Henan Province

在数字经济发展驶入快车道之际,企业数智化转型已成必然。依托“河南省民营企业数智化转型现状调查”,通过对220份有效问卷的统计分析发现:(1)河南省数字经济的发展得益于民营企业对数智经济营商环境的敏感性和积极应对(2)虽然民营企业之间在应对数智化挑战资源储备方面存在差别,但是多数企业都能积极投入到相关能力的创建中去(3)调查中存在个别企业对数智化转型收益期望过高的现象,需要从理性性角度给予警示。文章的贡献在于,对数字经济的研究从宏观产业层落实到微观企业层,研究内容既丰富了相关研究成果,同时也为加速数字经济建设、推进企业数智化转型实践带来了启示。

With the rapid development of digital economy,the digital ielligence transformation has become inevitable.The research relies on"the survey on the digital ielligence transformation status of private enterprises in Henan Province"and makes staistical analysis of the valid questionnaires from 220 private enterpris in Henan Province.The results show that:(1)The development of the digital.economy benefits from most private enterprise managers'sensitivity and positive response to the business enironment in the current era of digital itelligence economy;(2)Although there are significant diferences among private enterprises in resource reserve to cope with digital ielligence.challenges.most enterprises can actively participate in the creation of relevant capabilties;(3)In the proces of digital itelligence transformation.some enterprises have too high expectations for the.benefit of transformation,which need to be warned.The contribution of this paper lies in that the research on digital economy is carried out from macro industrial level to miero enterprise level.The research not only enriches the relevant research content,but also brings enlightenment for acelerating the construction of digital economy and promnoting the transformation practice of digital ntlligence of enterprises.
