高校与小学合作实现课后体育托管的SWOT分析

SWOT analysis of after-school sports trusteeship realized by cooperation between colleges and primary schools

为实现高校与小学的体育教育新融合,对双方合作实现的课后体育托管进行SWOT分析,其有利因素是有经验借鉴和政策支持,能够进一步落实体育战略部署、实现人才培养与就业有效联动、构建地方教育新格局;其不利因素是合作双方缺少磨合、缺乏引导,缺少制度保障和资金支持.该研究结果为进一步开展课后体育托管模式的实践提供了理论参考.

In order to realize the new integration of physical education between colleges and primary schools,we carried out SWOT analysis on after-school sports trusteeship achieved by the cooperation between both sides.The favorable factors are the experience for reference and policy support,which could further implement the sports strategy arrangement,realize the effective linkage between talent training and employment,and construct a new pattern of local education.Its disadvantages are lack of coadaptation,lack of guidance,lack of institutional guarantee and financial support.The results of this study provide a theoretical reference for the practice of afterschool sports trusteeship pattern.
