论高职院校学生职业精神的培养策略--以食品加工技术专业为例 被引量:2

摘要 职业精神教育是职业教育人才培养的重要内容.为提高食品加工技术专业人才培养质量,阐述了职业精神的内涵及其培养的必要性,提出改革课程设置、明确培养目标、加强师资队伍建设、发挥校企双主体作用、建立健全毕业生跟踪机制等学生职业精神培养的具体策略.教学实践表明,应用这些策略能够提高学生的综合职业能力,促进其全面发展. Professionalism education is an important content of cultivating talents in vocational education.To improve the cultivating quality of food processing technology professionals,this paper expounded the connotation of professionalism and the necessity of training,and proposed specific strategies for the cultivation of students′professionalism,such as reforming the curriculum,clarifying the cultivating objectives,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,developing the dual roles of college and enterprise,establishing and perfecting the tracking mechanism for graduates.The teaching practice shows that the application of these strategies can improve the students′comprehensive professional ability and promote their all-round development.
