摘要
针对螺旋叶片拉伸机一次只能拉伸两片螺旋叶片,工作效率较低这一问题,在TRIZ发明原理的启示下,设计了一种卧式螺旋叶片拉伸机组,给出其工作原理、结构组成、工作过程和拉伸螺旋叶片展开修正公式.该机组投入使用后,一次可以拉伸六片螺旋叶片,生产效率大幅提高;更换不同直径的套管还可以加工不同规格的螺旋叶片,实现了一个机组的多种用途.
Aiming at the low production efficiency problem that the helical blade drawing machine could only draw two helical blades at a time,we designed a new horizontal helical blade drawing machine unit under the inspiration of TRIZ invention principle,and gave its operating principle,structure composition,working process and modification formulas for stretching helical blade extension.After the unit was put into use,it could stretch six helical blades at a time,which greatly improved the production efficiency.We could process helical blades of different specifications by replacing casing with different diameters and achieve multiple uses of a unit.
