摘要
蛋白质是生物体维持生命活动不可或缺的功能性大分子物质,解析蛋白质结构对于人们了解蛋白质的生物学功能及其生理特性具有重要意义。近些年来,蛋白质结构解析技术不断发展,除了传统意义上的X射线晶体衍射法和核磁共振技术等,具备高分辨率的冷冻电镜技术的出现令此领域有了革命性的进步。文章分析及比对了蛋白质结构解析技术的作用机制、技术进展以及它们未来的研究方向。
Proteins are functional macromolecular substances indispensable for organisms to maintain life activities.The analysis of protein structure is of great significance for people to understand the biological functions and phyiological properties of proteins.'The protein strueture analysis technology has developed constantly in recent years.In addition to the traditional X--ray crystal diffraction method and the nuclear magnetie resonance technology,the emergence of the high-resolution cryo-electron microscopy technology has made revolutionary progress in this field.The paper analyzed and compared the mechanisms and technical developments of protein structure analysis technologies as well as their future research directions.
