思想政治教育视域下大学生志愿服务的价值、影响因素及提升策略

Volue,Impact and Promotion of College Students'Volunteer Service From the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

志愿服务是大学生参与社会实践的重要形式,且对高校思想政治教育具有重要意义。然而,思想政治教育视域下大学生志愿服务存在志愿服务功利主义倾向明显、志愿组织缺乏稳定性、志愿服务需求与服务内容不匹配、校园志愿服务氛围不够等问题,基于此,通过从加强基层志愿者的激励和管理培训、建立完善志愿服务组织机制、提升高校志愿服务深度和广度及推动志愿服务常态化发展等方面促进大学生志愿服务发展,进而不断推进高校思想政治工作的实效性。

Voluntary service is an important way for college students to participate in social practice,and it is of great significance to ideological and political education in colleges and universities.But,there are many problems in college students'volunteer service from the perspective of ideological and political education.Such as the tendency of voluntary service utilitarianism is obvious,lack of stability,volunteer service demand and service content does not match,the campus volunteer service atmosphere is insufficient.We have to solve those problems by strengthening the training for grassroots volunteers,improving the voluntary service organization and promoting the regular development of voluntary services.We should constantly enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.
