我国基层产业扶贫措施效果评价研究——以凤阳县为例

A Study of Effect Evaluation of Poverty Alleviation Measures in Grassroots Industries in China——A case study of Fengyang County

近年来我国脱贫攻坚事业正在如火如荼的进行着,产业扶贫作为精准扶贫精准脱贫的首要途径,也是实现稳定脱贫的根本之策。以凤阳县为例,对产业扶贫近五年来取得的成就以及数据进行分析。利用模糊层次分析法和实地调查的方法计算出指标权重,得出结论并提出相关建议。旨在提高贫困群体收入,增强贫困地区的内生发展动力,增强贫困群体的自主脱贫能力,从而实现稳定脱贫,确保达到全面建成小康社会的目标。

In recent years,poverty alleviation in China is in full swing.Poverty alleviation through industry,as the primary way of targeted poverty alleviation,is also a fundamental way to achieve stable poverty alleviation.Taking Fengyang County as an example,this paper analyzes the achievements of poverty alleviation through industry in the past five years.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and field investigation are used to calculate the index weight and the relevant suggestions are put forward to increase the income of poor groups,enhance the endogenous driving force of development in poor areas and the independent poverty alleviation ability of poor groups,so as to achieve stable poverty alleviation and ensure the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects in China.
