A Study of Xu Yuanchong's Poetry Translation Thoughts

许渊冲在翻译实践中将中国诗歌翻译总结归纳为“美化艺术,创优竞赛”,而且其翻译理论具有较强的前瞻性与创新性,对于推动中国文学作品翻译理论的创新发展以及对文化宣传等具有积极的影响与重要作用。因此,对于许渊冲诗歌翻译思想的研究具有较高的现实价值。通过对许渊冲诗歌翻译特征、翻译理论以及翻译思想三个方面进行研究,以期能为相关研究贡献自身微薄之力。

In his translation practice,Xu Yuanchong summed up the translation of Chinese poetry as"beautifying the art,creating excellence competition",and his translation theory has strong foresight and innovation,which has a positive impact and important role in promoting the innovation and development of translation theory of literary works in China and cultural publicity.Therefore,the study of Xu Yuanchong's poetry translation thought has high practical value.This paper studies Xu Yuanchong's poetry translation characteristics,translation theory and translation thoughts,in order to contribute to the relevant research.
