摘要
由于水泥行业NO x排放标准日渐严格,开发适用于水泥厂高尘烟气的中温选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝技术愈显必要。提出了新增中温SCR反应器的设想,并进行了中试试验。运行结果显示,脱硝效率可基本达到80%,出口NO x质量浓度可基本稳定在10~30 mg/Nm^3,基本满足超低排放要求。影响因素试验结果表明,在1100~2000 h-1的空速和55~65 kV的静电除尘系统电压条件下,脱硝效率均超过80%。中试中建议反应温度为200℃,吹灰周期小于2 h。
Since the NO x emission standards in cement industry are becoming stricter,the development of medium temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitration technology for cement kiln flue gas with high dust seems to be more necessary.A medium temperature SCR denitration process was performed for pilot study.The operation results showed that denitration efficiency could be stable at about 80%,and NO x mass concentration at the outlet could stable at 10-30 mg/Nm^3 approximately,which could meet the ultra-low emission standard.Influencing factor tests showed that denitration efficiency could reach above 80%when space velocity was 1100-2000 h-1 and electrostatic dust removal system voltage was 55-65 kV.Reaction temperature was suggested to be 200℃,and ash cleaning interval less than 2 h.
