新冠疫情下校企在线合作教学探索与实践——以南京交通职业技术学院“城轨通信基础设备检修与维护”课程为例

Exploration of university-enterprise cooperative online teaching and practice under COVID-19:a case study of the course“Urban Rail Communication Basic Equipment Overhaul and Maintenance”of Nanjing Vocational Institute of Transport Technology

为应对疫情挑战,响应教育部“停课不停教、停课不停学”的号召,南京交通职业技术学院积极开展线上教学工作。文章在深入分析线上教学工作即将面临的挑战和压力之后,为保障教学效果,学校主动向南京地铁发出邀请,寻求深度合作,共同探索线上双师教学模式、调整课程标准、重建教学平台、研究如何提高学生注意力和加强思政教育。总体来说,学生反馈良好,取得了较好的教学效果,是一次积极有效的教学探索,可以为校企合作和在线教学研究提供宝贵的经验。

In response to the challenge of COVID-19 and the call of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China for“suspending classes without stopping teaching and learning”,Nanjing Vocational Institute of Transport Technology carried out online teaching actively.In this paper,after an in-depth analysis of the challenges and pressure that online teaching will face,in order to guarantee the teaching effect,the college offered an invitation to Nanjing Metro Operation Co.,Ltd.to seek deep cooperation to explore online double-teacher teaching mode,adjust curriculum standards,rebuild teaching platform.This paper studies how to improve students’attention and strengthen ideological and political education.Generally speaking,students’good feedback and teaching effect shows that it is a positive and effective teaching exploration,which can provide valuable experience for university-enterprise cooperation and online teaching research.
