摘要
为了解决南疆电力企业的人才需求,对电气工程专业人才培养进行了研究。文章通过对电力企业需求的调研,提出人才培养方案改革措施,构建了专业实践知识和管理能力相互结合的培养模式,完善了校企合作以及专业创新创业改革体系,为南疆电力企业应用型复合型人才的培养提供参考。
In order to meet the demand of electric power enterprises in South Xinjiang,the training of electric engineering professionals is studied.Through the investigation of the demand of electric power enterprises,this paper puts forward the reform measures of talent training program,constructs the cultivation mode of combining professional practical knowledge and management ability,improves the school-enterprise cooperation and the reform system of innovation and entrepreneurship,hoping to provide reference for the cultivation of applied compound talents of electric power enterprises in South Xinjiang.
