综合护理干预在降低前列腺穿刺患者焦虑评分中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in reducing the anxiety score of patients treated by prostatic puncture

目的:探究综合护理干预在降低前列腺穿刺患者焦虑评分中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月—10月在南京医科大学第一附属医院行前列腺穿刺的96例患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其均分为对照组和观察组。对照组使用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上使用综合护理干预,对比两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分、疼痛评分、并发症发生率以及对护理的满意度。结果:对照组焦虑(36.85±5.74)分、抑郁(35.15±5.49)分、疼痛(6.59±1.12)分高于观察组焦虑(24.32±4.38)分、抑郁(24.02±4.27)分、疼痛(5.37±0.96)分;对照组并发症发生率18.75%高于观察组4.17%;对照组对护理的满意度77.08%低于观察组93.75%,以上5项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预能够有效改善行前列腺穿刺患者的焦虑、抑郁症状,缓解患者的疼痛感,降低患者的并发症发生率,提升患者对护理的满意度,具有非常明显的临床应用价值,可大力推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in reducing the anxiety score of patients treated by prostatic puncture.Methods:Ninety-six patients treated by prostate puncture in our hospital from February to October 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention based on the control group.Results:(1)The scores of anxiety(36.85±5.74),depression(35.15±5.49)and pain(6.59±1.12)in the control group were higher than those in the observation group(24.32±4.38),depression(24.02±4.27)and pain(5.37±0.96).(2)The complication rate of the control group was 18.75%higher than that of the observation group(4.17%).(3)The satisfaction degree of the control group to nursing 77.08%was lower than that of the observation group(93.75%).(4)The above five indices had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the symptoms of anxiety and depression,alleviate the pain,reduce the complication rate and improve the satisfaction of patients treated by prostatic puncture.Therefore,it can be popularized.
