基于游客视角的江苏旅游公共服务质量实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章在对江苏旅游服务现状调研总结的基础上,构建了江苏游客公共服务满意度评价体系并进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,游客对江苏旅游公共服务整体质量评价较高,但仍然存在公共信息服务建设不均衡、安保服务不完善、惠民服务力度不够等问题,需进一步推进江苏省内公共文化服务标准化、均等化建设;建设江苏智慧文旅服务平台,利用现代科技提升文化旅游的服务管理水平;重视惠民服务建设;提供优质的公共文化设施,完善地方志愿服务体系,加强对志愿者的培训,从而提升江苏旅游公共服务质量。 Based on investigating and summarizing the present situation of tourism service in Jiangsu Province,this paper constructs a satisfaction evaluation system and on tourism public service in Jiangsu Province carries on an empirical study.The results show that the quality of tourism public service in Jiangsu Province is highly evaluated,but there are still some problems such as unbalanced public information service construction,imperfect security service and insufficient service for people.Therefore,it is advised that:(1)standardization and equalization construction of public culture service in Jiangsu Province needs to be carried forward;(2)Jiangsu wise culture tourism service platform needs to be constructed to promote the service management level of culture and tourism with modern science and technology;(3)the construction of service for benefiting people needs to be paid attention to;(4)high-quality public cultural facilities needs to be provided,which includes improving local voluntary service system,strengthening the training of volunteers,so as to improve the quality of tourism public service in Jiangsu Province.
