基于技术与理念变革的高校智慧型图书馆建设研究

随着互联网和电子阅读的普及,高校师生片段型知识查阅、碎片化阅读、随机性访问、全天候需求、创新领域交叉互联的多重背景下,高校图书馆面临着传统文献资源存储模式不足日益突出、相关理论研究与实践存在显著背离、转型规划涉及范围狭窄、馆际数据对接不畅、馆员相关能力需要提升等问题,高校图书馆亟须利用先进技术,转变理念,改革和创新服务模式、服务渠道。文章探讨了通过平台、硬件、软件、人员4方面的建设,为读者提供个性化和高效的数字资源,真正实现图书馆服务的智慧化。

With the popularization of the Internet and electronic reading, under the multi-background of fragmentary knowledge look up, fragmentary reading, random access, all-weather demand and the interconnection of innovation fields, university libraries are facing some problems. For example, there is a lack of the storage mode of traditional literature resources, related theory researches and practice are deviated from each other, the transformation planning is limited, the interlibrary data connection is not smooth, and the librarians’ related ability needs to be promoted.Therefore, university libraries is in an urgent need of using advanced technology, transforming concept as well as reforming and innovating service mode and channels. This paper discusses the construction of platform, hardware,software and personnel to provide the readers with personalized and efficient digital resources to realize intelligent library service.
