摘要
文章以网络技术迅速发展与现代科技发展为背景,首先对人机对话考试系统进行了简要的论述,指出人机对话考试系统包括网关、管理机和考试机3个部分;之后对人机对话考试系统的优势进行了说明;然后对我国医疗卫生人才的评价实践进行了研究,指出了当前我国卫生人才评价体系的类别和内容方式;在此基础上,对人机对话考试系统在我国的实践历程进行了细致的梳理;由此指出人机对话考试系统在医疗卫生评价中存在的问题,并提出改善的措施。
Under the background of the rapid development of network technology and modern science and technology,this paper first gives a brief introduction to the man-machine dialogue test system and points out that this system contains three parts:gateway,DPU and test machine.Then the advantages of man-machine dialogue test system are explained.Furthermore,it studies the evaluation practice of health talents in our country,and points out the classification,content and ways of health talent evaluation system in our country.Based on the above,the practice course of man-machine dialogue test system in our country is carefully combed,and the problems existing in the medical and health evaluation of man-machine dialogue test system are pointed out,finally some measures are put forward to improve it.
