社会工作介入蒙古族城市流动人口社会适应研究

Research on Social Work Involved in Social Adaptation of Floating Population in Mongolian Cities

随着我国经济的快速发展和城市化进程的不断推进,人口的城市流动频率持续提高,规模也日益增大。少数民族流动人口是其中比较特殊的一类群体,他们进入城市后,由于与流出地的社会文化环境不同,会在不同程度上面临城市的社会适应问题。鉴于此,选取蒙古族为研究对象,简要分析蒙古族城市流动人口的社会适应问题及其影响因素,并对运用专业社会工作方法介入进行探讨。

With the rapid development of our country’s economy and the continuous advancement of the urbanization process,the frequency and scale of urban mobility of populations are also increasing.The floating population of ethnic minorities is a special kind of group.After entering the city,they will face the problem of urban social adaptation to varying degrees due to the different social and cultural environment of the outflow area.This article selects the Mongolians as the research object,briefly analyzes the social adaptation issues and influencing factors of the Mongolian urban floating population,and puts forward some explorations using professional social work methods to intervene.
