摘要
教育部倡导“新工科”建设,要求为适应当代新产业、新经济发展,高等工程教育需培养既具备工程实践能力强,又具备学科交叉特征的复合型人才。结合当下高校IT/智能装备类专业的人才培养模式和相关企业对复合型人才的实际需求,提出校企合作、课程创新、强化实践的多维人才培养路径。
Ministry of Education of China advocates Emerging Engineering Education.In order to adapt to the development of modern new industry and new economy,higher engineering education needs to cultivate compound talents with strong engineering practice ability and interdisciplinary characteristics.Combined with the current talents training mode of IT/intelligent equipment majors in colleges/universities and the actual needs of related enterprises for compound talents,a multi-dimensional talents education mode is studied and designed,which integrates university-industry cooperation,curriculum innovation and practice strengthening,etc.
