摘要 水平定向钻在长距离、大口径施工中通常因最终成孔质量较差而致使管道回拖力过大,甚至超越了钻机和钻杆的最大极限承受能力而导致工程失败。为减小钻杆和钻机受力,设计研究管道推管机。采取管道助力的方法降低钻机回拖力,提高管道回拖成功率。通过对推管机夹持装置、地锚等关键技术的攻关研究,实现了推管机的现场助力应用,取得了良好的助力效果。同时,根据推管机的功能特点,研究其在非开挖领域的新用途、新工艺,扩展其应用范围,并介绍案例提供参考。 Horizontal directional drilling in long distance and large diameter pipeline construction often encounters too large pipeline drag back resistance due to poor quality of the final hole,even exceeding the maximum bearing capacity of the drilling machine and drill pipe,resulting in engineering failure.In order to reduce the forces of the drilling machine and drill pipe,the pipe pusher is designed and researched,and the rate of successful pipeline drag back is improved by the assistant force from the pipe pusher.Through the research on the key techniques such as clamping device and ground anchor of the pipe pusher,the field application of the pipe pusher is realized,and good effect is achiebed.At the same time,according to the functional characteristics of the pipe pusher,the new utilization and new process in pipeline non-excavation construction are studied,the application scope is expanded,and the application cases are introduced to provide reference.
