摘要
澳大利亚是最早商业化开发、利用国内天然气资源并进行国际贸易的国家之一,其配套天然气地面处理工艺较为成熟。基于澳大利亚苏拉特盆地煤层气地面开发利用工程建设、运行及后期优化设计经验,在介绍其配套地面场站布局、场站处理工艺流程及其应用情况的基础上,进一步就其后期优化场站设置、挖掘场站处理能力措施进行分析研究,探讨其场站设置、后期优化调整合理性,同时就其远期场站通过改造利用剩余能力的可行性进行研究,总结地面工程开发利用过程中的经验,供国内同类天然气资源开发借鉴。
Australia is one of the first countries to develop,utilize domestic natural gas resources and conduct international trade,and its supporting natural gas surface treatment process is more mature.Based on the experience of construction,operation and later stage optimization design in coalbed methane ground development and utilization engineering in Surat Basin,Australia,this paper introduces the layout,process flow and application of coalbed methane stations,further analyzes the measures of optimizing station setting and improving station processing capacity.At the same time,the feasibility of reusing residual capacity through cross-connection of block gas gathering systems,connection of gathering pipelines and reformation of small facilitiesis is studied,and the experience of the surface engineering development and utilization is summarized,which provides reference for the development of similar natural gas resources in China.
