海洋工程项目施工资源计划优化方法研究

Method research for offshore engineering project resource optimization

资源投入在工程项目建设中占比很大,对项目进度控制、经济效益、质量与安全管理起着决定性的作用,是项目管理的重要组成部分。重点对海洋工程项目资源类型和特点进行深入分析,对资源优化的两种模式“工期固定-资源平衡”和“资源有限-工期最短”进行研究,并通过工程实例验证,明确海洋工程项目施工资源计划优化的一般方法,对项目资源管理工作具有一定的借鉴意义。

Resource investment accounts for a large proportion in project,which plays a decisive role in project schedule control,economic benefits,quality and safety management,and is an important part of project management.This paper focuses on the resource types and characteristics of offshore engineering projects,studies the two modes of resource optimization:“fixed duration-resource balance”and“limited resources-shortest duration”,and clarifies the general methods of resource planning optimization of offshore engineering projects through the verification of engineering examples,which has certain reference significance for project resource management.
