The application of industrial robot and machine vision can greatly improve the automation degree of production line.This paper introduces the material sorting system based on DELTA manipulator.The system is composed of visual inspection module,PLC control module,servo drive module and man-machine interface module,which can improve the sorting speed and accuracy of automatic production line.
