摘要
当前全世界的空中交通流量都在不断增加,国内外很多研究显示,空中管制员工作负荷的重要影响因素是空域复杂程度,同时其可以起到决定性的作用。所以,量化的研究基于空中交通复杂度对管制员的认知负荷相关内容,对于科学且全面的评估管制员的认知负荷有关键的现实意义,最终的研究成果,可为管制员的培养以及选拔、工作制度以及流程的设置等等提供重要的指导。
Air traffic flow is increasing all over the world at present,many studies at home and abroad show that the important factor affecting the workload of air controllers is the complexity of airspace,and this factor can play a decisive role.Therefore,the quantitative research is based on the content of air traffic complexity to the controller s cognitive load,which can produce key practical significance for the scientific and comprehensive evaluation of the controller s cognitive load.The final research results provide important guidance for the training of controllers and the selection,work system and process setting.
