摘要 LTE高丢包是影响客户感知主要因素,覆盖、干扰、参数配置不当等都可能造成小区丢包率高,导致VoLTE语音不清晰,严重影响用户感知。文章分析产生VoLTE高丢包的可能原因,结合不同场景下特殊无线环境,提出针对性优化措施,降低VoLTE丢包率,提炼VoLTE高丢包优化思路和解决方案。 LTE high packet loss is the main factor affecting customer perception.Coverage,interference and improper parameter configuration may lead to high packet loss rate,resulting in unclear VoLTE voice and serious impact on user perception.This paper analyzes the possible causes of VoLTE high packet loss,combines with the special wireless environment in different scenarios,puts forward targeted optimization measures,reduces the VoLTE packet loss rate,and refines the VoLTE high packet loss optimization ideas and solutions.
