基于经纬度考核的住院医师规范化培训管理平台研究

文章指出住院医师规范化培训过程中教学活动及各类考核是评价住培基地和住培医师的重要指标,各类考核所包括内容繁多,大部分工作仍停留在各类住培管理人员手工作业状态,难以适应临床繁忙工作形势下对住培医师管理工作的要求,同时住培管理考核难以采用同一量化机制,导致住培工作出现不透明、难管理等现状。住院医师规范化培训管理平台以解决其网络管理、科学量化为目标,搭建B/S模式平台,引入经纬度考核机制,将住培医师、代教老师、基地/轮转科室主任、基地/轮转科室教学秘书、住培办公室主任、住培办公室干事等角色作为系统的参与者,实现住院医师规范化培训过程管理各项内容的网络化管理,并根据量化机制最终形成量化评估。

In the process of standardized resident training,teaching activities and various examinations are important indexes for evaluating resident training base and resident training doctors.The contents of all kinds of assessment are various,and most of the work is still in the manual operation state of all kinds of resident training managers,which is difficult to adapt to the requirements of resident training doctors'management under the situation of clinical busy work,and it is difficult to adopt residential training management assessment.The same quantitative mechanism leads to the current situation of opaque and difficult management of residential training.In order to solve the network management and scientific quantification,the standardized training management platform for residents is built with the B/S mode platform.The longitude and latitude evaluation mechanism is introduced.The resident training doctor,acting teacher,base/rotation department director,base/rotation department teaching secretary,resident training office director,resident training office officer and other roles are the participants of the system,so as to realize resident standardization The network management of the training process management content,and finally form the quantitative evaluation according to the quantitative mechanism.
