摘要
文章研究了激光切割聚酰亚胺薄膜的工艺参数,如激光脉冲占空比、加工速度等;利用正交实验法获得最优切割参数,提高切割质量。研究结果表明在辅助气压0.6 MPa气压,气阀开度6%,加工速度40 mm/s,激光脉冲占空比25%,加工速度600 mm/s^2的工艺参数下,切割质量最优。
This paper studies the technological parameters of laser cutting polyimide film,such as laser pulse duty cycle,processing speed,etc;use orthogonal experiment method to obtain optimal cutting parameters and improve cutting quality.The research results show that the cutting quality is the best under the process parameters of auxiliary air pressure of 0.6 MPa,valve opening of 6%,processing speed of 40 mm/s,laser pulse duty ratio of 25%,and processing speed of 600 mm/s^2.
