摘要
“1+X”证书制度作为高等教育职业教育的顶层设计,为高职院校教学模式改革指明了方向。文章从理解“1+X”证书制度的深刻内涵及意义出发,从教学标准、教学职责、教学保障和教学考核四个方面提出了实施“1+X”证书制度的目标策略。以汽车专业为例,结合专业的实际从教学资源的建设、教学方法改革、实训基地建设和教师队伍提升等方面,提出高职院校汽车专业基于“1+X”证书制度的教学思考,以期为职业教育的教学创新提供新的的方法和思路。
“1+X”certificate system,as the top design of higher vocational education,points out the direction for the reform of teaching mode in higher vocational colleges.Based on the profound connotation and significance of the“1+X”certificate system,this paper puts forward the target strategy of implementing the“1+X”certificate system from four aspects:teaching standard,teaching responsibility,teaching guarantee and teaching assessment.Taking automobile major as an example,this paper puts forward the teaching thinking of automobile major in higher vocational colleges based on“1+X”certificate system from the aspects of construction of teaching resources,reform of teaching methods,construction of practical training base and promotion of teachers in combination with the practice of this major,so as to provide new methods and ideas for teaching innovation in vocational education.
