Research on Synchronization of High-speed Mechanical Switches with Multiple Fractures

摘要 高速机械开关是混合型直流断路器的重要组成部分,决定了整个直流断路器的开断时间。混合型高压直流断路器多采用多个断口串联分压的结构,存在多断口开断同步性问题。针对多断口同步性问题,提出励磁线圈串联和微秒级控制技术两种方案,并对两种方案进行对比。结果显示,励磁线圈串联技术实施难度较大,微秒级控制技术通过“一对多”控制架构,能将控制延时误差控制在1μs内,各断口之间的分散性在0.1 ms之内。对多断口串联后的均压特性进行仿真研究,结果表明不加均压电容时断口间电压分布差最大达到5倍,而增加均压电容后电压分布基本一致。 The high-speed mechanical switch is an important part of the hybrid DC circuit breaker,which determines the breaking time of the entire DC circuit breaker.Hybrid high-voltage DC circuit breakers mostly adopt the structure of multiple breaks in series to divide the voltage,and there is a problem of synchronization of multiple breaks.Aiming at the problem of multi-fracture synchronization,two schemes of excitation coil series and microsecond control technology were proposed,and the two schemes were compared.The results showed that it was difficult to implement the excitation coil series technology.Microsecond-level control technology could control the control delay error within 1μs through the"one-to-many"control architecture,and the dispersion between fractures within 0.1 ms.The voltage sharing characteristics of multiple fractures in series were simulated.The results showed that the voltage distribution difference between the fractures was up to 5 times when the voltage equalization capacitor was not added,and the voltage distribution was basically the same after the voltage equalization capacitor was added.
