主变有载分接开关吊芯大修作业平台的研制及应用 被引量:2

摘要 对110 kV主变有载分接开关吊芯大修作业现状进行了调查分析,找出了影响主变分接开关吊芯大修作业效率的关键,研制了一种110 kV主变有载分接开关吊芯大修作业专用平台。现场应用结果表明,该作业平台解决了检修作业过程中无工料定置定位和用油便携性差的问题,有效提升了分接开关检修整体工作效率和质量,为电网安全稳定运行提供了可靠保障。 Based on the investigation and analysis of the status quo of on load tap changer core overhauling operation of 110 kV main transformer,the key crux affecting the operation efficiency of main transformer tap changer hanging core overhaul was found out.A special platform for overhauling the core of the 110 kV main transformer on-load tap-changer was developed.Field application results showed that the work platform solved the problems of no fixed positioning and poor oil portability during maintenance operations,effectively improved the overall work efficiency and quality of tap changer maintenance,and provided a reliable guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
