航空高压直流电源系统LLC变换器设计

Design of LLC Converter for Aviation High Voltage DC Power Supply System

摘要 针对航空高压直流电源(HVDC)系统中大功率DC/DC变换器设计,选择全桥LLC谐振拓扑。分析了LLC变换器工作原理,使用基波近似法建立了等效电路模型,通过Mathcad软件对其电压增益特性进行分析,并介绍了变换器参数的设计步骤,最后在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建了仿真模型,仿真结果表明了理论分析的正确性和参数设计的可行性。 For the design of high-power DC/DC converters in aviation high-voltage direct current power supply(HVDC)systems,the full-bridge LLC resonant topology was selected as the application.The working principle was analyzed.The equivalent circuit model was established using the First Harmonic Approximation,and its voltage gain characteristics were analyzed by Mathcad software.The design steps of the converter parameters were introduced.Finally,a simulation model was built in MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation results showed the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of parameter design.
