绝缘支柱内部裂纹实时检测仪

摘要 绝缘支柱长期处于室外复杂环境,且在分合刀闸、开关时要承受巨大的冲击力,因此其日常保养维护是一个难题。判断出绝缘支柱内部是否存在裂纹,是保证安全操作的前提。通过相关技术研究,在绝缘支柱内植入玻璃光纤,利用光信号的通断来判断绝缘支柱内是否存在裂纹。 The insulation pillar has been in the outdoor complex environment for a long time,and it has to bear a huge impact when opening and closing the knife switch and switch,so its daily maintenance is a difficult problem.It is the premise to ensure the safe operation to judge whether there are cracks in the insulation pillar.Through the research of related technology,glass fiber was implanted into the insulation pillar,and the on-off of optical signal was used to judge whether there was crack in the insulating pillar.
