Analysis on Breakdown of 500 kV HGIS Circuit Breaker

HGIS由于安全性能高、可靠性高、小型化等优势而得到广泛应用。但其断路器经过反复地开断操作,难免产生击穿故障。以一起500 kV HGIS断路器击穿故障为例,对断路器进行了解体检查和原因分析,并提出了相应的预防措施。

HGIS has been widely used due to its advantages of high safety performance,high reliability,and miniaturization.However,after repeated operation of the circuit breaker,it is inevitable to produce breakdown faults.Taking a breakdown of a 500kV HGIS circuit breaker as an example,a physical examination of the circuit breaker was conducted,a cause analysis was performed,and corresponding preventive measures were proposed.
