摘要
甲基硅树脂超疏水涂层由于独特的表面微观结构,具有良好的机械耐磨性能和自清洁功能。开展了甲基硅树脂超疏水涂层的凝露特性试验、超疏水绝缘子的人工积污试验和工频污闪特性试验,探讨了甲基硅树脂超疏水涂层受切向交流电场下的凝露过程及其防污闪性能。试验结果表明甲基硅树脂超疏水涂层具有良好的防污闪性能,对实现电力系统的安全稳定运行具有重要的参考意义。
Methyl silicone resin superhydrophobic coating has excellent mechanical wear resistance and self-cleaning function due to its unique surface microstructure.In this paper,the condensation test,artificial fouling test and power frequency flashover test of methyl silicone superhydrophobic coating were carried out.The condensation process and antifouling flashover performance of methylsilicone superhydrophobic coating under tangential AC electric field were studied.The test results showed that the super hydrophobic coating had good anti-pollution flashover performance,which had important reference significance for the safe and stable operation of power system.
