摘要
以三板溪水电站250 MW混流式水轮发电机组为基础,根据机组实际运行情况,探索在不增加设备和进行技术改造条件下,利用机组原设计裕度,将单机发电容量进行小容量增容。通过对水轮机及其辅助设备、发电相关的金结设备进行设计复核,验证了中型水轮机利用设计裕度进行小容量增容的可行性。
Based on the 250 MW hybrid turbine generator unit of Sanbanxi Hydropower Station,according to the actual operation of the unit,the original design margin of the unit to increase the small capacity of the single unit power generation capacity without adding equipment and technical transformation was explored.Through the design review of the turbine and its auxiliary equipment and the metal structure equipment related to power generation,the feasibility of increasing the capacity of medium-sized turbine by using the design margin was verified.
