变渣线控制是延长浸入式水口使用寿命的重要手段,文章分析了几种变渣线控制手段,提出了反馈式变渣线的控制方法。在保留原有的自动变渣线控制给定的基础上,引入了液位反馈,提高了渣线控制精度,达到了较好的控制效果。

Slag change line control is an important means to improve the service life of the immersion nozzle.Several control methods of variable slag line were analyzed,and a feedback control method of variable slag line was proposed.On the basis of retaining the original automatic variable slag line control setting,the liquid level feedback was introduced to improve the slag line control accuracy and achieve a better control effect.
