摘要
目前,国内部分火电机组的SCR脱硝控制系统还存在控制策略设计不完善、控制目标不明确、现场测量条件限制等问题。为了解决上述问题,文章针对某1000 MW机组,在充分了解对象特性的前提下,设计了一套脱硝系统控制策略优化及应用方案,以实现机组全工况达标排放,满足对脱硝出口NO X的要求。
At present,the SCR denitration control system of some domestic thermal power units still has problems such as incomplete control strategy design,unclear control objectives,and limited on-site measurement conditions.In order to solve the above problems,for a 1000 MW unit,under the premise of fully understanding the characteristics of the object,a set of denitrification system control strategy optimization and application schemes are designed to achieve the unit's full working conditions and meet the requirements for NO X export.
