The phasor measurement unit(PMU)was introduced.Based on the test specification,all inspection and functional verification schemes were formulated for PMU.The process of precision test and function inspection of PMU device was described in detail.The results showed that the evaluation method could effectively improve the equipment management level and the equipment accuracy level.
