摘要 传统煤场叶轮式给煤机一般由现场操作人员控制调整给煤料量,普遍存在故障率高、出力不稳等缺点。湖北汉新发电有限公司通过缝式煤槽给煤方式改造,提升了设备出力及运行可靠性,实现了设备的无人化自动稳定运行。 The traditional coal yard impeller coal feeder is generally controlled and adjusted by the on-site operator to adjust the amount of coal feed,which generally has shortcomings such as high failure rate and unstable output.The output and operational reliability of the equipment was improved by Hubei Hanxin Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,through the transformation of the slotted coal channel coal feeding method,and the unmanned,automatic and stable operation of the equipment was realized.
