摘要 为了准确识别水电站安全生产活动中作业人员的安全风险,有效管控作业人员的不安全行为,综合应用UWB定位、视频智能分析、三维可视化等技术对作业人员位置信息和行为信息进行采集和安全风险分析,文章提出作业人员全过程闭环管控机制,研发了水电站作业人员管控和风险预控系统。该系统在鲁地拉水电站的成功应用,对同类发电企业也具有推广应用价值。 In order to accurately identify the safety risks of the workers in the safe production activities of hydropower stations,and effectively control the unsafe behaviors of the workers,the UWB positioning,video intelligent analysis,three-dimensional visualization and other technologies are used to collect and analyze the location and behavior information of the workers,a closed-loop control mechanism for the entire process of operating personnel was proposed,and a hydropower station operating personnel control and risk pre-control system was developed.The successful application of this system in Ludila Hydropower Station also had the value of popularization and application for similar power generation enterprises.
