摘要
文章基于对呼伦贝尔煤炭资源情况的分析,以水资源、煤炭储量和产能、环保空间等多项因素对煤电开发规模的影响及限制为约束条件,对煤电装机进行优化,提出基于多约束目标优化的呼伦贝尔煤电开发规模,并通过算例分析验证方法的有效性。
Based on the analysis of Hulunbeier's coal resources,taking the influence and limitation of water resources,coal reserves and production capacity,environmental protection space and other factors on the coal power development scale as constraints,the coal power installation was optimized.The development scale of Hulunbuir coal power generation based on multi-constraint objective optimization was proposed,and the effectiveness of the method was verified by analysis of examples.
