尼可地尔片对急性心肌梗死患者心肌损伤情况和心功能的影响

Effects of nicorandil tablets on myocardial injury and cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的:研究尼可地尔片对急性心肌梗死患者心肌损伤情况和心功能的影响。方法:2017年1月-2020年1月收治急性心肌梗死患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例;均行急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)。对照组采用常规治疗;研究组在常规治疗的基础上加以尼可地尔片治疗。比较两组治疗后心肌损伤情况和心功能。结果:研究组肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)、B型利尿钠肽水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后24 h内左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)及左心室射血分数(LVEF)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后1周LVEDd低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对急性心肌梗死患者采用尼可地尔片治疗临床效果显著,可有效改善患者心肌损伤情况和心功能。

Objective:To study the effects of nicorandil tablets on myocardial injury and cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:From January 2017 to January 2020,100 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 patients in each group.All patients received emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).The control group was treated with routine treatment.The study group was treated with nicorandil tablets on the basis of routine treatment.The myocardial injury and cardiac function were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:The levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),troponinⅠ(cTnⅠ)and B-type natriuretic peptide in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)between the two groups within 24 hours after operation.One week after operation,the LVEDd of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the LVEF of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nicorandil tablets are effective in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction and can effectively improve myocardial injury and cardiac function.
