尿毒清联合血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的临床疗效

Investigation on the clinical effect of Niaoduqing combined with hemodiafiltration in the treatment of uremic pruritus

目的:分析尿毒清联合血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的效果。方法:2015年1月-2019年12月收治尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者56例,所有患者均在常规治疗基础上采用尿毒清联合血液透析滤过治疗,分析临床疗效。结果:治疗后血磷、血钙及血清全段甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)等生化指标水平均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后血β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)等肾功能指标水平及皮肤瘙痒程度均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后出现感染1例,恶心呕吐1例,不良反应发生率为3.57%。结论:尿毒清联合血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的临床效果显著,能够有效降低患者生化指标水平、改善肾功能指标水平,降低皮肤瘙痒程度,且不良反应较低,安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Niaoduqing and hemodiafiltration on uremic pruritus.Methods:From January 2015 to December 2019,56 cases of patients with uremic pruritus were enrolled,all patients were treated with Niaoduqing and hemodiafiltration on the basis of conventional treatment to analyze the clinical efficacy.Results:After treatment,the blood phosphorus,blood calcium and serum total parathyroid hormone(iPTH)and other biochemical indicators levels were significantly lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of renal function indexes,such as serumβ2-microglobulin(β2-MG),serum creatinine(SCr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and the degree of skin pruritus were significantly lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,1 case was infection,1 case was nausea and vomiting,the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 3.57%.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Niaoduqing combined with hemodiafiltration in treating uremic pruritus is remarkable,it can effectively reduce the level of biochemical index,improve the level of renal function index,reduce the degree of skin pruritus and the adverse reactions are low and the safety is high.
