来氟米特联合中小剂量泼尼松治疗老年慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效

To analyze the efficacy of leflunomide combined with small and medium dose prednisone in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic glomerulonephritis

目的:分析来氟米特联合中小剂量泼尼松治疗老年慢性肾小球肾炎的效果。方法:2016年1月-2019年12月收治老年慢性肾小球肾炎患者126例,随机分为两组,各63例。对照组采用泼尼松药物治疗;观察组采用来氟米特联合小剂量泼尼松治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗12个月后尿蛋白、血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)等指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗3个月、6个月及12个月临床症状缓解率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用来氟米特联合中小剂量泼尼松治疗老年慢性肾小球肾炎,相比于单一应用泼尼松治疗的效果更加明显,能够有效降低尿蛋白量,提高患者治疗有效率,且用药期间不增加不良反应发生率。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of leflunomide combined with small and medium dose prednisone in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2019,126 elderly patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with prednisone.The observation group was treated with leflunomide combined with low-dose prednisone.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after 12 months of treatment,urinary protein,BUN,SCR and other indicators were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the clinical symptom relief rate was significantly higher than that of the control group in 3 months,6 months and 12 months,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with single application of prednisone,leflunomide combined with small and medium dose prednisone in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic glomerulonephritis is more obvious,it can effectively reduce the amount of urine protein,improve the treatment efficiency of patients,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions during the medication.
