宫腔镜联合屈螺酮炔雌醇对子宫内膜息肉的治疗价值评析

Value of hysteroscopy combined with drospirenone ethinylestradiol in the treatment of endometrial polyps

目的:分析宫腔镜联合屈螺酮炔雌醇治疗子宫内膜息肉的价值。方法:2018年1月-2020年3月收治子宫内膜息肉患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。对照组接受宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗;观察组接受宫腔镜联合屈螺酮炔雌醇治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后月经失血图评分法(PBAC)评分、月经量及子宫内膜厚度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜联合屈螺酮炔雌醇治疗子宫内膜息肉的价值显著。

Objective:To explore the value of hysteroscopy combined with drospirenone ethinylestradiol in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods:From January 2018 to March 2020,40 patients with endometrial polyps were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 20 patients in each group.The control group received hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy.The observation group received hysteroscopy combined with drospirenone ethinylestradiol treatment.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,PBAC score,menstrual volume and endometrial thickness were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The value of hysteroscopy combined with drospirenone ethinylestradiol in the treatment of endometrial polyps is significant.
