两种手术方式治疗原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效对比分析

Comparative analysis of clinical effects of two surgical methods in the treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma with cataract

目的:研究两种手术方式治疗原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的效果。方法:2016年1月-2019年1月收治原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用单纯小梁切除术治疗;观察组采用白内障超声乳化吸除+人工晶状体植入+小梁切除术治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组术后视力水平高于对照组,眼压水平低于对照组,且并发症发生率也低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白内障超声乳化吸除+人工晶状体植入+小梁切除术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障,能提高整体疗效及视力水平,患者稳定病情。

Objective:To study the effect of two surgical methods on primary angle-closure glaucoma with cataract.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2019,60 cases of patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma with cataract were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple trabeculectomy.The observation group was treated with cataract phacoemulsification+intraocular lens implantation+trabeculectomy.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The postoperative visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the intraocular pressure level was lower than that of the control group,the incidence of complication was also lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cataract phacoemulsification+intraocular lens implantation+trabeculectomy for primary angle-closure glaucoma with cataract can improve the overall efficacy and visual acuity,it also can stabilize the patient's condition.
